Yes. At the poolside young adults were allowed to play music without personal headsets therefore annoying guests.

Everything was perfect, including courteous staff in all areas. Enjoyed to spend 4 days in our silent king room with Champagne, balconies and very comfy beds. The food was incredible - lots of options.

Well located for walks along the seafront. Bar prices reasonable for four star hotel.
Chaotic restaurant and rush in mornings to book sunbeds. Health & Safety don't seem to be a priority.

This hotel had a very central position to the bus stop where you can catch the bus to various parks for free. What's more, it was close enough to Playa Troya beach as well as the nightlife.

Great location - facilities were excellent. Beautiful pool area, with tropical gardens and plenty of space in swimming pools. Nice little gym in the hotel. Restaurant was fantastic - had lovely buffet for breakfast and dinner, great selection of food, top quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed in a sea-front room (paying extra for the privilege), but was kept awake each night from 10pm - midnight with music coming from a bar across the street from the hotel. Apparently bars can make as much noise as they like until midnight. So, I would suggest bringing earplugs or going to be before 10pm. Was also woken a couple of mornings by gardeners cutting the grass around the pool area.
